Elevated, late-night, entertainment, dining & lounge environment seeking a VIP-focused professional to host, liaise, and curate bespoke experiences for high-spend tables. Join one of the top hospitality companies operating in the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities

• Own VIP reservation journey from confirmation to farewell

• Guide guests through signature dishes and premium beverage options; maximize average check through tailored upsells

• Coordinate with security, door, bar, and floor teams for seamless guest flow

• Maintain meticulous guest notes to strengthen loyalty and repeat visitation

• Uphold grooming and brand presentation standards in a fast-paced setting

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience as a VIP Waitress in luxury venues

• Demonstrated upselling, guest-relations, and complaint-resolution skills

• Fluent English; additional European languages advantageous

• Strong product knowledge (food, premium spirits, Champagne)

• Impeccable grooming and poise
