Virtual Relationship Manager - Select Banking

As a Virtual Relationship Manager - Select Banking, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with a portfolio of Select Banking clients through virtual channels. The role focuses on enhancing customer engagement, increasing wallet share, driving revenue growth, and delivering superior service while ensuring compliance with the Bank's policies and risk standards.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of Select Banking customers through virtual engagement channels.
• Understand customer financial needs and provide suitable banking solutions to deepen relationships and enhance customer experience.
• Drive acquisition of new business and increase wallet share from existing clients.
• Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and service targets through proactive customer engagement.
• Promote and cross-sell a range of banking products including deposits, cards, loans, investments, and insurance solutions.
• Provide timely and professional support to customer enquiries, requests, and service-related concerns.
• Maintain regular contact with customers to strengthen engagement, retention, and loyalty.
• Identify opportunities for portfolio growth through referrals and customer recommendations.
• Ensure adherence to all internal policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor customer portfolios and proactively address service gaps or potential risks.
• Maintain accurate customer records and updates within the Bank's systems.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and resolution of customer requirements.
   

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related discipline.
• 2-3 years of experience in Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Relationship Management, Customer Service, or a similar customer-facing banking role.
• Proven experience in managing affluent or Select Banking customer portfolios.
• Experience in cross-selling banking products and delivering customer-centric solutions.

• Good understanding of retail banking products, wealth solutions, and customer lifecycle management.

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and preferences.
• Provide personalized and proactive advice to clients, ensuring their financial needs are met.
• Ensure delivery of quality service, adhering to RAK Elite Unit's service standards and operational controls.
• Stay updated on market trends, products, and services to offer relevant solutions to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless and efficient service experience.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and transactions.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring compliance with the bank's guidelines.
• Participate in sales campaigns and initiatives to drive business growth.
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the bank's reputation and values.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with a client-centric approach.
• Excellent knowledge of banking products and services, especially those relevant to elite clients.
• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Proficiency in using banking software and tools for relationship management.
• Analytical skills to interpret client data and provide tailored solutions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English is mandatory, with proficiency in other languages being an advantage.
