VP Distribution, MEA APAC

Reporting to the SVP Topline Performance MEA APAC, this position leads the MEA APAC distribution strategy, channel mix optimization, rate integrity, and partner value creation for Accor. Establishes Distribution as the third pillar of Topline Performance alongside Revenue Management and Business Intelligence. Single point of accountability for peer functions (Digital & E-Commerce, Sales, and Revenue Management). MEA APAC Liaison to Global Distribution and Global CCO for distribution-related matters.

• Define and execute regional distribution strategy and channel mix optimization across MEA APAC, including leisure distribution channels (tour operators, DMCs, wholesalers).
• Own distribution compliance policy: rate parity frameworks, unauthorized distribution controls, brand integrity standards.
• Lead senior strategic relationships with OTA and bedbank partners, tour operator groups, and wholesale distribution partners at regional level.
• Govern B2B fee programme performance (ALPP, CTO, ALO, LOL) ensuring revenue capture through connected distribution channels.
• Drive market development projects (i.e. Japan, South Korea).
• Set and measure distribution channel revenue targets across B2C and B2B channels in alignment with commercial planning (ANAPLAN).
• Establish bilateral coordination cadences with each RM VP for compliance execution and channel strategy alignment.
• Partner with VPs of RM and VP BI to define distribution analytics requirements and compliance monitoring dashboards.
• Collaborate with SVP Digital & E-Commerce on OTA investment governance via quarterly joint review.
• Collaborate with SVP Sales to provide perspective and incorporate sales feedback on account relations and business development opportunities.
• Represent Accor's distribution proposition at key industry events, trade shows, tourism bodies, and travel trade associations.
• Lead a cross-VP alignment workshop to produce endorsed RACI and interaction model within first 90 days.
• Assess B2B strategic scope expansion and report recommendations by Q4 2026.
• Actively engage with global distribution counterparts to represent MEA APAC’s perspectives and ensure the region is consulted for any distribution-related matters at all times.

• 10+ years in hospitality distribution, revenue management, or commercial leadership.
• Deep OTA and bedbank ecosystem knowledge including commercial models, connectivity architecture, and partner dynamics.
• Experience with leisure B2B distribution: tour operators, DMCs, wholesale channels, and fee programme models.
• Proven track record managing senior external partner relationships at regional or global level.
• Experience operating in matrixed organizations with cross-functional accountability.
• MEA and/or APAC market experience, ideally multi-market.
• Understanding rate parity, distribution compliance, and competition law landscape.
• Strong commercial acumen: ability to translate distribution activity into measurable revenue outcomes, excellent communicator.
