Strong mentoring and process developmentskills (ex. Uplevelling BDR’s by providing competitivedifferentiation training)
Experience leadinggrowth from $20M+ to $50M+ in ARR and leading a sales team of 10+people
Demonstrated ability to build anauthentic sales process from scratch and drive a thoughtful salesprocess
Established ability at building andleading impactful teams to deliver revenue andresults
Proven Track Record of collaboratingoptimally with marketing, business development, and customersuccess to build a strong, cohesive go-to-marketmachine
Validated evangelical sales experiencewith a new product/new marketenvironment.
