Warehouse Manager -FMCG

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
  




• Ensure accurate inventory control and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO)
  




• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization
  




• Lead and supervise warehouse staff; assign tasks and monitor performance
  




• Implement and maintain warehouse SOPs and safety standards
  




• Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, procurement, and sales teams
  




• Oversee timely and accurate order fulfillment to meet delivery schedules
  




• Manage stock audits, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation
  




• Track KPIs (order accuracy, OTIF, stock loss, warehouse efficiency, etc.)
  




• Handle maintenance of warehouse equipment and infrastructure
  




• Ensure compliance with local regulations and health & safety guidelines
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
  




• 5+ years of warehouse management experience (FMCG experience preferred)
  




• Strong knowledge of WMS/ERP systems and MS Office (especially Excel)
  




• Proven leadership, planning, and decision-making skills
  




• Hands-on experience with inventory control, inbound/outbound logistics
  




• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  




• Knowledge of HSE standards in warehouse operations
