Responsibilities:
- Provide Employee Relations supportthought partnership and coaching for all employees and levels ofmanagement in the organization.
- Proactivelyassess team and manager development needs make recommendations andimplement appropriate solutions.
- Triageemployee relations casework identifies potential solutions toaddress different case types and actions appropriately usingguidelines.
- Provide rigorous data analysis andreporting solutions based on business needs highlighting key trendsin employee relations to actively drive proactive solutions tominimize reactive work
- Help balance risk takinginto account employee business and companyperspectives
- Help design and facilitate ManagerTraining based on data analysis
- Integrate andpartner with HR colleagues in the HR Business PartnerLegal
- Investigations Learning Development andHR Programs teams to implement solutions and help scale thebusiness
- Partner closely with regional HRpartners on global strategy and execution
- Planexecute and evaluates complex assignments that have an impact inregion or with the clientssupported
- Participate as an integral member ofthe extended HR community and influence others within theorganization
- Build collaborative and productiveworking relationships
- Lead with integrityrespect high personal standards and build personalcredibility
- Builds internal community e.g.supports others shows respect acts as an ally onboards new hiresconnects people collaborates well drivesinclusion
- Actively involved in interviewing andon-boarding new employees

Qualifications:
- 6+ years experience in an EmployeeRelations and/or HR Business Partnerrole
- Experience managing an average case volumeof 50-60 more cases at any giventime.
- Demonstrates solid judgment andexperience assisting risk relative to thebusiness
- Demonstrates project management changemanagement and experience driving programsindependently
- Effective communication andproblem solving skills
- Demonstrates empathy andexperience driving inclusion work
- Experiencelearning and thriving in a constantly changing environment and tocultivate relationships across teams
- Experienceusing data to identify insights that driveaction
- Experience helping global and/or matrixorganizations scale
- Experience supportingTechnical Sales Marketing etc. teams optional
EducationPreference:
- BA/BS degree preferred, but notrequired
