Warehouse Supervisor

What you’ll do:

• Team & Shift Management, You will Plan and manage team schedules, shifts, and manpower allocation, Lead, mentor, train, and develop a team of up to 30 members and Manage outsourcing resources effectively and control operational costs.

• Warehouse Operations: You will oversee goods receiving, tallying, and putaway processes, Manage order release, picking, packing, and shipment dispatch.

• Logistics & Coordination: You will coordinate with freight forwarders for shipment collection and handovers, Work closely with purchase teams for PO amendments and releases and Liaise with sales operations and business to ensure timely receipt of sales orders.

  You will manage and coordinate with 3PL service providers across GCC.

• Reporting & Compliance: You will prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, Record and ensure data accuracy across all transactions, Monitor site safety and security in compliance with standards (TAPA, SIRA knowledge preferred), and Control overall OPEX costs and identify opportunities for process improvements.

How You Can Get This Opportunity:

• You have a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or related field (preferred).

• You have 5+ years of experience in warehouse supervision, preferably in IT distribution.

• You have a strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.

• You have proven ability to manage large teams (30+ members) and outsourced resources.

• You have excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• You have familiarity with Lean methodologies, TAPA, and SIRA standards is an advantage.
