Job Description

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Warehouse Supervisor in Dubai, UAE. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth workflow execution.
  
• Supervise inbound, put -away, replenishment, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
  
• Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock reconciliations.
  
• Train, mentor, and schedule warehouse associates to maximize productivity.
  
• Ensure adherence to warehouse safety standards and operational procedures.
  
• Implement quality control checks for incoming and outgoing goods.
  
• Track warehouse KPIs and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  
• Coordinate returns management and inventory movement activities.
  

Required Skills

1. Warehouse Operations Management – Managing end -to -end warehouse processes.
   
2. Inventory Control – Maintaining stock accuracy and reconciliation.
   
3. WMS/ERP Systems – Working in technology -driven warehouse environments.
   
4. Team Leadership – Supervising and motivating warehouse associates.
   
5. FIFO/FEFO Knowledge – Ensuring proper stock rotation and inventory management.
   

Preferred Skills

• Advanced warehouse process improvement knowledge.
  
• Exposure to large -scale distribution centers.
  
• Reporting and KPI analysis skills.
  

Work Experience Requirements

Candidates should have a minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role within warehouse operations. Experience managing teams of 20–50+ warehouse associates and handling inventory -driven environments is required.

Education

• Minimum: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field (typical)
  
• Preferred: Supply Chain Management certification (typical)
  
• Additional Certifications: Warehouse Operations / Inventory Management Certifications (typical)
