Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee all warehouse operations and ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective handling of goods. This role involves managing inventory, supervising warehouse staff, and maintaining compliance with health and safety standards. The ideal candidate has a strong background in warehouse management, logistics, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and control warehouse operations to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
â¢
Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits.
â¢
Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols in compliance with company and legal standards.
â¢
Lead, train, and supervise a team of warehouse staff including pickers, packers, forklift operators, and clerks.
â¢
Monitor and improve warehouse layout and space utilization to optimize workflow and minimize costs.
â¢
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
â¢
Ensure timely loading and unloading of shipments and proper documentation of inbound and outbound goods.
â¢
Manage warehouse equipment and maintenance schedules.
â¢
Analyze performance metrics and generate reports for senior management.
â¢
Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices in warehousing.
Qualifications:
â¢
Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (preferred).
â¢
5+ years of experience as warehouse manager/supervisor.
â¢
Strong leadership and people management skills.
â¢
Proficient in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.
â¢
Familiarity with warehouse safety and compliance regulations.
â¢
Forklift license/certification (preferred).
â¢
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
