Are you detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in automotive warranty administration? Join Ali & Sons Motors – After Sales Services as a Warranty Administrator, where you’ll play a key role in managing warranty claims, maintaining accurate documentation, monitoring warranty performance, and ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle, parts, and tire warranty claims, ensuring accurate and timely processing and submission.


• Develop and maintain warranty procedures in line with principal/manufacturer guidelines.


• Review warranty claims and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.


• Monitor claim status, follow up on pending or rejected claims, and take corrective action to minimize delays.


• Maintain an accurate warranty database and ensure all required documentation is properly updated and filed.


• Monitor warranty KPIs, including claim submission lead time and rejected claims.


• Prepare monthly warranty performance reports and claim documentation.


• Review job cards, warranty invoices, estimates, and related documents for accuracy.


• Coordinate with Service Advisors, Workshop Technicians, Parts, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth warranty claim processing.


• Verify labor operations, parts, and supporting documents against manufacturer warranty requirements.


• Maintain accurate system records and ensure timely data entry.


• Support warranty audits and provide required documentation when requested.


• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, manufacturer standards, and workplace requirements.


• Report technical or warranty-related concerns to the appropriate supervisor or Master Technician.


• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Role Purpose

To ensure accurate, timely, and compliant processing of automotive warranty claims while maintaining complete documentation, monitoring warranty performance, and supporting the Service and Workshop teams in delivering efficient after-sales operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in automotive warranty administration, after-sales operations, or a similar capacity.


• Education: Higher Diploma or Degree in Automotive Technology or any relevant discipline/Diploma.


• Languages: Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is preferred.


• Computer Skills: Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office and automotive service systems.


• Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of automotive warranty procedures, job cards, warranty claims, labor operations, parts, invoicing, and manufacturer warranty requirements.
