Warranty and Contracts Engineer

Industry: Commercial Vehicles – Heavy-Duty Trucks

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Management: Manage product information, specifications, technical updates, and OEM coordination.
• Warranty: Handle warranty claims, approvals, OEM recovery, and warranty cost monitoring.
• Service Contracts: Support preparation, administration, and monitoring of service contracts.
• Quality Reports: Prepare warranty/product quality reports, analyse recurring failures, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, Parts, OEMs, and customers for product and technical issues.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in Commercial Vehicles / Heavy-Duty Trucks / After Sales / Warranty.
• Strong technical, analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and automotive warranty processes.
