Ontime Group is looking for a skilled Western Physiotherapist with DHA licensure and experience in the UAE healthcare setting to join our expert team. In this role, you will provide outstanding physiotherapy services, improving the quality of life for our patients through evidence-based assessment, diagnosis, and tailored treatment plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various physiotherapy modalities and a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

• - Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and evaluations of patients to determine their rehabilitation needs.
• - Develop individualized treatment plans to address patients' specific conditions and goals.
• - Implement appropriate physiotherapy techniques and interventions to facilitate recovery and enhance patients' overall physical function.
• - Monitor patient progress throughout the treatment process and adjust plans as necessary for optimal outcomes.
• - Provide guidance and education to patients and their families about recovery strategies, preventive measures, and self-care practices.
• - Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• - Maintain accurate documentation and patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• - Stay informed on the latest physiotherapy research and practices to improve patient care.

- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

- Valid DHA license to practice in the UAE.

- Proven experience working as a Physiotherapist, preferably in a Western healthcare setting.

- Strong knowledge of physiotherapy assessment techniques and treatment modalities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with patients.

- A compassionate and patient-centered approach, demonstrating empathy and understanding in all interactions.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
