Responsibilities:

Installation, configuration, and administration of Windows server operating systems
Ensure the stability and high availability of Windows server environments
Monitor server performance, identify and resolve issues, and optimize system performance
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
3-5 years of experience as a Windows Administrator or in a similar role
Microsoft Windows Server Operating System Administration ( Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016, 2019 & 2022)
Administration of Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Certificate Authority, Group Policy Management
Hands on experience in Configuration & Patch management using SCCM & other centralized management solutions
Virtual Desktop Provisioning and Administration
System Hardening & Implementation of Security best practices
Familiarity with the usage of Application Performance Monitoring tools to troubleshoot production issues
Virtualization platform administration
Troubleshooting & resolving critical issues in a timely manner and proactively taking measures to prevent them from reoccurring
Administration of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, One Drive for Business & Other Office 365 solutions
Familiarity & good understanding of Hardware, Storage, Networking, Database, and their roles in a production application system
Familiarity with Disaster Recovery Concepts and Implementation
Administration of Internet Information Services & .NET applications
Administration of Endpoint Security Solutions
Good understanding of Devops Concepts
