Role Summary and Impact

The Associate,Media Operations Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and accurate execution of digital media campaigns. This position is responsible for campaign monitoring, reporting, billing accuracy, and providing operational support to both internal teams and clients. You will be a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and communication skills, contributing directly to the efficiency and financial integrity of our media operation.

· Campaign booking and activation/launch. Media plan entry in system.

· Generation of Booking Orders.

· Requesting material specs from vendors and preparing the MRF.

· Sending booking to vendors and coordination ensuring that bookings and materials are confirmed.

· Requesting proof of ad from vendors, tear sheets, hard copies, etc.

· Actualization in system as per actual deliveries and as per vendor invoices.

· Coordination with media planners and vendors for invoice and booking discrepancies, overspends, underspends.

· Completion of a Technical College program or Technical Degree.

· Confidence in dealing with and building relationships both internally and externally.

· Excellent written and oral communication skills.

· Strong Excel experience, preferably to pivot table, macro level.

· High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

· Well organized with strength in prioritizing.
