Yacht Recruiter

AHS is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Yacht Recruiter to join our esteemed team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent for various positions onboard luxury yachts. You will work closely with the management to understand their staffing needs and ensure the recruitment process is efficient and effective, while maintaining the highest standards of service and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for yacht positions
• Screen resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications
• Coordinate with yacht management to understand specific recruitment needs
• Maintain a database of potential candidates and manage ongoing communication
• Utilize various platforms for recruiting, including job boards, social media, and networking events
• Ensure compliance with relevant recruitment policies and regulations
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition in the maritime or luxury service industry
• Strong understanding of yacht crew roles and industry requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
