Zone Lead - IT Managed Services - Arabic Must - Dubai

*ROLE TITLE:* Zone Lead

*Function:* Field Management

*Salary Band:* AED 8000 - 10000 / month (all-inclusive)

*Location:* Dubai, UAE

*Hiring For:* IT Managed Services & Consulting Company

*Experience Required:* 6-10 years in IT Managed Services / Field Operations

*Reports To:* National Field Support and Logistics Lead

*Language Requirement:* Arabic MUST + English

*ROLE PURPOSE:*

Own field service delivery for Dubai emirate, line-managing the field engineer population in that zone and acting as the local client interface.

*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*

1. Line-manage all field engineers in the assigned emirate across all five site tiers.

2. Own zone-level SLA performance, dispatch effectiveness, first-time fix rate and ticket ageing.

3. Manage rosters, leave, relief pool requests and absence cover for the zone.

4. Act as escalation point for school principals and office heads within the emirate.

5. Conduct site quality audits and engineer performance reviews against defined standards.

6. Own the zone spares position in coordination with Stores and National Logistics.

7. Coordinate zone response during major incidents and examination periods.

8. Drive engineer capability development, coaching and technical upskilling.

9. Report zone performance, risks and resource constraints into the Field Management function.

10. Own asset and CMDB data accuracy for all sites in the zone.

*REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:*

- Proven field team leadership across a distributed geography.

- Strong technical baseline across Windows Server, EUC and networking sufficient to credibly support and assess engineers.

- Stakeholder management with government or education customers.

- Workforce scheduling and resource planning.

- ITSM reporting and performance analysis.

- ITIL Foundation.

*QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS:*

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or a related discipline.

- Microsoft certification preferred.

- ITIL Foundation required; Intermediate advantageous.

*OTHER REQUIREMENTS:*

- *Arabic MUST - Mandatory & Non-Negotiable.* Candidates without fluent Arabic will not be considered.

- Must have English proficiency as well.

- Prior experience with an IT Managed Services & Consulting Company is mandatory.

- Valid UAE driving licence - mandatory; extensive intra-emirate travel.

- Availability during examination periods and major incidents.

- Clean police clearance and security vetting.
