Requirements

• Leases and Lease Administration skills
• Market research skills
• Property Management skills
• Resident retention skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
• Previous experience in real estate management preferred
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in real estate
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written, is preferred
• UAE Driving License and own car required
