Job Description:
As an Assistant Boutique Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the boutique, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. You will assist the Boutique Manager in overseeing staff, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include training and developing team members, monitoring sales performance, and implementing strategies to meet sales targets. Additionally, you will be involved in merchandising, ensuring that the boutique is visually appealing and well-stocked at all times.
