Wealth and Personal Banking is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management; and Global Private Banking, to become one of the world's largest global wealth managers with USD1.4 trillion in assets. Our dedicated colleagues serve millions of customers worldwide across the entire spectrum of private wealth, ranging from personal banking for individuals and families, through to business owners, investors and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. We provide products and services such as bank accounts, credit cards, personal loans and mortgages, as well as asset management, insurance, wealth management and private banking, that best suit our customers' needs.

We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Wealth and Personal Banking team, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.

In this role, you will:

Solutions & CMS Management:

  • Consult on technical issues and SharePoint solutions development and delivering end user training, including documentation, backups, maintenance, and support.
  • Interface with internal and cross functional departments as required coordinating the processes and activities that focus on restoring service after an incident occurs.
  • Develop innovative solutions to business challenges to include but not limited to workflows, dashboards, data connections, webpage designing etc.
  • Ensure all users have the appropriate access to use the SharePoint deployed apps to its potential.
  • Assist all users to migrate and maintain their documentation in the SharePoint environment.
  • Aligning the business solution train and its stakeholders to the vision and coordinating development progress across multiple teams critical for business.
  • Sought out as Expert, Serve as a Leader/ Mentor/ Trainer/ Change Agent.
  • MIS Reporting & Business analytics:
  • Work with stakeholders in providing Senior Management with the relevant and timely analytical write-ups/commentaries & MIs to enable effective analysis and planning with a view to improve the Business
  • Developing Business activity Tracking/Management System to monitor performances of the sales team to track:

-Productivity

-Targets

-Business enablers

-Performance parameters, achievements, and rankings

  • Provide holistic analytical reports on Retail Management to Senior Sales Management. In that liaise with business partners in the region to deliver consistent and accurate information – enable decisions on customer engagement and business planning.
  • Manage projects from inception to completion being responsible for overhauling procedures, supervising implementation and completion of plan, related to the design and development needs of the project.
  • Develop central collab point for teams to create, edit, organize, and publish content. Automate processes for collaborative digital content management and creation using built-in (or designed) workflows. Assign different accesses levels and permissions to individuals based on roles to update or revise content.

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

Knowledge / Experience

  • Bachelor's degree is a plus
  • At least 3 yrs of sales & service experience in financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of Sales Structures, Incentive Framework
  • Experience in dealing with Sales Managers with queries related to Sales MIs, Incentives and Productivity

Skills

  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including influencing and relationship building
  • Excellent planning, organizational and solving skills
  • Accuracy – ability to get it right the first time
