Job Description - Client Experience Team Leader

Client Experience Team Leader

How will you make an impact?

As a true ambassador of Cartier, you will be eager to deliver stellar client experience and you will be part of a dynamic and passionate team. You will look after client experience in the boutique, hospitality as well as budget.

How will you experience success with us?

Seeing this opportunity as a long term career with us, you will be fluent in English with excellent communication skills to collaborate with both colleagues and clients. You will have at least 5-10 years of experience in Luxury Hospitality in a team management role, you are willing to work retails hours (including evenings and weekends), overnight travel for trainings, client events, and other business events as needed, have strong interpersonal skills and understanding of client service needs and priorities. You will also be client oriented, have strong attention to detail, able to multitask as well as have a collaborative mindset. Lastly, you will have excellent computer skills and use of technology (MS office experience required, SAP knowledge preferred)
