E-Commerce Project Manager

How will you make an impact?

As a true ambassador of Cartier, you will be responsible for enhancing all aspects of the e-commerce client journey, striving to provide an outstanding experience for our clients by continuously improving our e-comm content & operations processes. In this role, you will define content needs for the website pages as per yearly calendar and market needs, and lead on regional campaigns such as Ramadan and End of Year. In addition you will optimize the ecommerce operation flows for multiple markets in the region, ensure all are executed seamlessly (non-dedicated stock, order on behalf, boutique pick-up, click and collect..) and ensure operational compliance with policies and procedures. 

How will you experience success with us?

You will be fluent in English with excellent communication skills to collaborate with both colleagues and clients. You have a minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in retail e-commerce and digital business with hands-on experience on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) with experience on online merchandising, UX and operations.
