Executive Driver - Urgent

The Driver’s role is centered around providing safe and comfortable transport for the IFZA Chairman, clients, or employees in an efficient and timely manner as well as handling document collection and delivery. It is expected of the Driver to oversee regular maintenance and cleaning services for the vehicle, plan routes in advance, and stay up to date on road conditions. The ideal candidate is expected to demonstrate excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Transporting the IFZA Chairman, clients, or employees at the time and place specified as per instructions
  
• Ensuring a safe, comfortable and luxurious journey for passengers
  
• Handling daily document collection and deliveries, ensuring highest level of safety and confidentiality
  
• Assisting with various job-related tasks assigned by Office Manager and Personal Assistant
  
• Mapping out driving routes ahead of time with the help of navigation applications/GPS devices to determine the best route
  
• Staying up to date on road conditions
  
• Maintaining the interior and exterior cleanliness and presentation of the IFZA car fleet in a timely manner
  
• Scheduling regular car service appointments and report any issues
  
• Assisting with loading and unloading any heavy packages and luggage
  
• Availability to occasionally take weekend and night shifts
  
• Performing other job-related duties as assigned by Management
  

Requirements

• Full English proficiency is required
  
• Additional foreign languages are an advantage
  
• Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to maintain professionalism in stressful driving situations
  
• Valid UAE driver’s license
  
• Luxury car driving experience
  
• A clean driving record (no traffic violations)
  
• Excellent knowledge of UAE area roads Secondary education
  
• Minimum 6 years’ experience as a Personal Driver (preferably in a 5-star hotel) in the UAE
