Job Description - Fashion retail Sales & Business Development Executive

Full job description

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales Executive Business to Business help us expand our clientele B2B and B2C. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. and forging strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

· Planning and overseeing new marketing strategy.

. Place the brand offline in multi-stores, such as Harvey Nichols, Galleries Lafayette, etc.

. Participate in exhibitions and events, showcasing the brand , and Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.

· Develop a growth strategy focused both on financials, gain and maintain customer satisfaction.

· Conduct research to identify new potential market opportunities and customer needs

· Actively running daily sales & arrange business meetings with prospective clients

· Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives

· Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

· Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

· Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

. Utilizing your deep industry insights and your expertise in business development, and building sustainable business relationships

. Seeking out and identifying new opportunities, building pipeline, and delivering against a sale and in-year revenue target with quality, profitable and sustainable wins.

. Executing sales strategy (including lead generation, outbound leads, events strategy, etc.)

· Prepare Product Presentation and sales pitch documents

. Proven sales track record in B2B and special projects sales

. Business Development, Sales, Experience in customer support is a plus

. A minimum of 4 years of experience in the fashion industry within the UAE.

· Proficiency in English, while Arabic is a major plus!

· B2B & B2C Market knowledge

· Communication and negotiation skills

. Willingness to travel 100 %

· Team player with strong social skills Ability to build rapport with clients, and colleagues

· Presentation and reporting skills

. Fixed salary plus commission.
