Job Description - General Manager (Hygienic Solutions)

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a top-notch hygienic solutions provider in the UAE. Our client is looking to hirean experienced and self-motivated General Manager who will be responsible for directing and managing our clients business activities and to develop and implement effective business strategies and programs.

- Taking the lead role in bringing business through positive margin sales with subsequent timely collections. Developing existing Distributors and appointing new Distributors in other regions for Tissues, wipes, and hand sanitizers products.

- Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term

- Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media

-Create and oversee implementation of marketing strategy and territory plans to achieve retail, marketing, and operational goals, to include setting annual territory quotas and distribution margins.

-Product development, pricing and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities

-Should present and execute consistent growth in top and bottom line with solid growth strategies, short & long-term forecasts, partnerships, or new business initiatives.

-Optimizing purchase prices & Cost, overseeing and responsible for cash flow & fund management

-Developing and managing Sales and Marketing Team by guiding on commercial opportunities, strategic business decisions through market research and analysis.

-in charge in providing executive leadership and guidance for all departments: Production, Operations, Technical, Maintenance, Sales, Finance, Human Resources, and other departments over several manufacturing plants.

-Assess risks and make recommendations based on a thorough analysis of all factors involved in a business situation.

-Manage budgets, expenses, pricing, and other commercial arrangements to ensure profitability and revenue goals of the company.

-Partnering with Technical, Production, QHSE and Finance Team to ensure customer satisfaction, product & service quality, and financial performance.

Requirements

-Min. 15 yrs. inGeneral Manager role, must be from Wipes industry.

-Must have at least 5 years of UAE experience with excellent local business contacts.

- Bachelor s/master s in mechanical engineering or MBA is preferred

-Strong managerial and leadership ability to provide executive leadership for all departments.

-Must have strong leadership skills and be able to get excellent performance from their support staff.

-Must possess good administrative, public relations and management skills to enhance overall Sales, profitability & positive cash flow growth.

-Must be able to delegate responsibility, must organize each department and must possess an ability to understand the work of each department.

-Preferably available in the UAE.
