JOB PURPOSE
- Responsible to ensure smooth running of the Department in coordination with the HR Manager
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESDescription
- Responsible for the effective day to day HR Operations.
- Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information.
- Custodian of Etisalat, Fuel Cards and other company assets associated with Employees.
- Monitoring the Expenses Claims, Sim cards, Business Cards, and Office Stationaries.
- Ensure effective Employee Relations, collect all employees related request and forward to Head
Office.
- Support HR initiatives and programs, such as employee engagement surveys, performance
management, and training and development activities.
- Manages and coordinates all Administration services activities of procurement, office and utilities
services with prior approval from HR Manager.
- Attendance Management & Reporting / monitoring & reporting of overtime. To prepare monthly
report and submit one day after cut-off of date of payroll.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences and leaves
- Extending support to Senior Officer as and when required.
- Other Special Assignments by the HR Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in UAE.
- Preferable to have exposure to FMCG / Warehouse / Logistics Operations / Retail business verticals
- Masters or Graduate in Human Resources Management / Administration
