Jewellery - Assistant Product Manager

Position: Assistant Product Manager – Era and Precia

Location: Dubai

Reports To: Division Head - Studded Jewellery

Job Objective:

This role aims to align with the company's business objectives by enhancing product presentation, staying ahead of market trends, and maintaining high-quality standards to boost profitability and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or university degree preferred.

Min. 3–4 years of experience with jewelry retail in a similar role

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle various tasks efficiently.

Strong data and analytical skills

Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision

Job Responsibilities:

Inventory Management

Regularly monitoring inventory levels minimizing stockouts and controlling excess inventory for studded category

Visual Merchandising

Ensuring Proper display and grouping of products to maximize sales opportunities.

Market Research

Conducting regular market research to understand customer preferences, competitor activities, and updates on emerging trends

Forecast And Planning

Analyzing historical sales data market trends to support upcoming promotions / seasonal stocking etc for Studded Jewellery.

Pricing Strategy

Understanding market prices and helping in setting a competitive pricing to maintain healthy GP levels for the studded category.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Working closely with marketing and CRM to achieve overall business objective

Quality Assurance

Ensuring all QC standards are met as per company standards (it's not a direct QC job, just ensuring things are done and reporting accordingly)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
