About the Role

Pandora UAE seeks a proactive and results-oriented Marketing Specialist. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and are looking to drive marketing excellence on a global scale, this is your opportunity.

What We Expect from You:

• Experience: Prior marketing experience in retail, fashion, or FMCG within a global organization.
• Responsibility: Serve as the primary liaison between local markets and regional cluster.

Key Accountabilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns and promotions, including detailed analysis and on-ground implementation.
• Manage overall website content and ensure timely coordination with translators for Arabic adaptations of campaign materials.
• Ensure all necessary documentation is properly prepared and communicated, working closely with Public Relations Officers, mall management, and store teams to meet compliance and operational needs.
• Take charge of compiling and analyzing performance data to assess both local and global business impacts, providing actionable insights and reports.
• Collaborate with the Public Relations team to effectively coordinate new store openings, targeting promotions to reach the most relevant audiences.
• Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources on key projects and maintaining financial control.
• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to maximize brand exposure and market penetration.
• Implement new marketing concepts such as Evoke, Pandora Diamonds, and engraving services within the UAE market.
• Strategically plan and launch quarterly PR campaigns to enhance brand visibility and media engagement.
• Work towards increasing brand awareness and penetration in targeted market segments.
