Overview of the role 

Manage end to end process of order management and support in the creation, maintenance and retirement of centralized master data across all functional in business.

What you will do 

• Manage end to end order process, including receiving, reviewing, and processing orders with global suppliers


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Commercial, Logistics, Finance to ensure alignment and coordination in order management processes


• Close coordination and maintenance of individual tracker from top suppliers and update PO delivery dates accordingly


• Manage PO reconciliation for Import Vendor Pos and timely clean up of open orders


• Analyse and execute all reporting regarding PO management


• Manage all Vendor coordination and communications regarding to order management


• Support the creation, maintenance and retirement of centralized master data objects to support product trials, launches and product changes, etc.


• Support in  master data creation, updates, and analysis using various systems including, SAP, Master Data validation setup, RPro, etc. 

Required skills to be successful 

•    Experience in a similar MDM or systems role
•    SAP ERP experience must, RPro desired
•    Tableau and Excel Dashboarding desired
•    Well-developed problem-solving skills.
•    A methodical approach with high levels of attention to detail and accuracy
•    Ability to think logically and analytically

What equips you for the role 

Education:  Degree required OR three years or more of Master Data Management Role

Minimum Experience and Knowledge:  
•    Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent in work experience
•    Experience with SAP
•    Problem Solving & Analytical skills
•    Prioritizing skills 
•    Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
