Quality Assurance Inspector

Lobo Management is currently recruiting on behalf of its client, a leading multinational FMCG company dedicated to delivering high-quality products to consumers worldwide. With a strong presence in the Middle East market, they are committed to ensuring the utmost quality and freshness in all our offerings. The company is currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Fruit Quality Assurance Inspector to join their team. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in monitoring and maintaining the quality standards of their fruit products throughout the distribution process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor the quality and condition of all products received and stored in Distributors' Warehouses.
• Prepare detailed QA reports, highlighting any deviations from specifications and standards, and communicate findings to relevant departments.
• Conduct quality checks on products displayed in retail outlets across the UAE and other Middle Eastern countries as required.
• Ensure adherence to QC parameters checklist and implement necessary corrective actions.
• Oversee microbiological and environmental programs, including investigation and follow-up on any issues.
• Review and update standard operating procedures or quality assurance manuals as needed.
• Assist in the improvement of fruit care management practices.
• Analyze quality control test results and effectively communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Direct the tracking of defects, test results, and other quality control data.
• Undertake any additional tasks assigned by management to support company objectives.
• Required Skills/Qualifications:

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Sciences, or Agriculture with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Experience with fresh produce is highly desirable preferably with fruits
• Practical knowledge of HACCP implementation and the ability to develop HACCP plans.
• Understanding of raw materials, production processes, and quality control techniques.
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Excel and PowerPoint) for reporting and presentation purposes.
• High level of stress tolerance, with the ability to perform effectively under time pressure and react calmly to issues as they arise.
