Retail IT Support Systems Accountability: • Applications – SAP, Microsoft Dynamics-365, Office-365 and other related Apps.
• Hardware – POS, Self-checkout, PDA, Workstations, Printers & Scanners.
• Operational Devices – Shelf Label Printers, Weighing Scales, Kiosks, Displays etc.
• IT Framework – Routers, Switches, Firewalls, ISP & Devices, Access Points, Phones etc.
• Academic and Professional Qualifications
• Bachelors in engineering (IT or Computer Science or related fields) from a recognized university.
• Certifications in the latest technologies. Professional experience: • Minimum: 6 years of functional experience in the Retail Industry in the GCC region.
• In-depth Knowledge of Retail Industry business processes.
• ITIL, CompTIA, MCSE Preferred 📍 Location : Dubai
