About the role

The Sales Coordinator for our B2B business will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue. This role requires a strategic approach to developing relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions that align with our company's offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the B2B landscape, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in proactively seeking out potential clients and market segments to generate leads. This involves conducting market research, identifying target demographics, and analyzing consumer behaviors to pinpoint lucrative opportunities for business expansion. Moreover, they delve deeper into understanding clients' business needs, challenges, and goals through comprehensive analysis and effective communication. By grasping the intricacies of each client's operations, they can tailor solutions and value propositions that directly address their pain points and offer tangible benefits. Furthermore, the supervisor develops and executes robust sales strategies and tactics to meet predefined sales targets and objectives. This includes leveraging various channels such as email marketing, cold calling, networking events, and strategic partnerships to maximize outreach and engagement. Additionally, they excel in customizing proposals and solutions to suit the unique requirements of each client, demonstrating flexibility and a customer-centric approach. The Sales Coordinator excels in preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients. About the requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
  2. With 4 years of experience with at least 1-3 years of proven track record/experience in B2B sales or business development roles
  3. Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, techniques, and best practices
  4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  5. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  6. Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales productivity tools.
  7. Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, pricing, and service agreements to ensure mutual satisfaction and profitability.
