SALES & MARKETING SPECIALIST

Our client, a well-established jewellery company, renowned for our exceptional craftsmanship and distinctive designs is seeking to hire a talented and experienced Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive their business forward in the thriving hub of opportunity.

As a Sales & Marketing Specialist, you will be instrumental in establishing their presence in the UAE market, and in particular Dubai Market.

Responsibilities

• Implement effective marketing strategies to promote their jewellery collections through various channels such as inhouse website, social media, email campaigns, and partnerships.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, offering product information, and ensuring a memorable shopping experience.
• Assist customers in selecting jewellery pieces that suit their style and preferences.
• Setting up meetings and presentations with potential clients.
• Contribute to the visual merchandising of the store to enhance product presentation.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Stay updated with jewellery trends, competitor activities, market demands, needs, and opportunities.

Requirements:

• At least 2 Years-experience in the same role
• experience in jewellery sales and marketing, preferably in a retail setting.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English, Arabic will be added advantage.
• Self-motivated with a passion for exceeding targets and driving growth. - Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
