Senior Bid Manager

Purpose of the Job:
As Sr. Manager of Pre-sales and Strategic Projects, you will drive our EMEA commercial strategy and pre-sales functions. Your role involves creating compelling proposals, managing bids, and supporting business growth. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure successful localization and rollout of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead bid management for key strategic opportunities.
• Support pipeline reviews and Salesforce process updates.
• Coordinate key updates for commercial forums and regional communications.
• Develop and roll out new proposals to market.
• Direct major projects, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring:

• Solid experience in bid or product management across various sectors.
• Knowledge of benefits programs in travel, retail, and financial services.
• Strong stakeholder management and storytelling skills.
• High numeracy, computer literacy, and commercial acumen.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, and Tableau.
• Excellent organizational and relationship skills.
• Experience in market research, competitor analysis, and launching new products.
• Understanding of technology and operations.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
