To serve and assist guests. To set-up display counter and to keep the dining area always clean.

• Perform opening and closing tasks as per company procedure.
• Ensure that service area is always kept clean and organized.
• Familiarize himself of all food and beverage items offered in assigned location.
• Attend pre-service briefings.
• Checking of supplies and equipment used and reporting to the supervisor in case of damages.
• Monitors food products to reduce spoilage and wastage.
• Serves food and beverages as per company standards.
• Clear tables, used plates, glasses and cutlery.
• Handle guest enquiries in a courteous and official manner and report complaints and feedbacks to the supervisor
• Report any incident involving guests or staff to the supervisor.
• Assists in carrying out inventories of products and operating equipment.
• Complies with internal and legal requirements for fire, health & safety and hygiene.
• Understand and adhere to the rules, regulations and standard procedures of the company.

• Mandatory: English speaking
• 1 year in a similar role in the food and beverage industry, preferably from a reputable catering company / hotel / restaurant.
