Job Description - BB Sales Executive

· Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

· Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

· Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.

· Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.

· Convert leads into new accounts, ensuring a high conversion rate.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

· Understand client needs and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

· Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities.

· Provide feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies.

· Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close deals.

· Ensure contracts and agreements are accurately prepared and signed.

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.

· Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

· Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.

· Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.
