About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will identify potential customers, qualify leads, and nurture relationships to drive sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

Prospecting for new business through daily high-volume activities via phone, email, and LinkedIn. Researching assigned targets and reaching out with tested value propositions to qualify prospective customers. Coordinating with Marketing to track, assess, and qualify omnichannel leads. Collaborating with sales teams to schedule effective demonstrations, meetings, and build pipeline. Identifying suitable prospects and navigating company structures to identify key decision makers. Maintaining accurate records in the CRM and managing client and prospect data.

Requirements

Proven track record of working successfully in a business development role in a challenging and commercially driven B2B sales environment Strong and proven negotiation skills Demonstrable experience of building and maintaining excellent customer relationships Applied knowledge of best practice sales techniques, including negotiation, presentation skills and general communication Possess excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Be a self-starter attitude with a proven work ethic and goal-exceeding history.
