Job Description - Business Development Manager

To maintain positive relationships with consumers as well as other businesses and are tasked with developing and improving the local and regional image and reputation for the company.
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones

Understand client needs and develop plans to address them
Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships
Resolve customer complaints quickly and effective
Promote highquality sales supply and customer service processes
Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts
Approach potential customers to establish relationships
Gain solid knowledge of competitors
Individual Hospital performance monitoring and develop marketing tools accordingly.
Successful tie up with corporate and industries for their employees healthcare services.
Planning coordinating and implementing marketing collaterals for Hospital
Maintain good relations with Insurance & TPAs for referral business
Identify right corporates for Onsite clinic setup
Conduct events for department promotions.
Corporate referral Tie ups

Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree
Preferred Education: Masters Degree
Preferred Experience: 35 years business development experience preferably in a hospital setup.
Excellent command of oral and written English. Knowledge in Arabic is desirable.
