Job Description - Business Development Manager / Account Manager

Job Description

Role Summary: We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager/Account Manager who has active work experience in SaaS solutions within the UC/CC and related application domains. This role is ideal for a resourceful sales professional with solid industry contacts in the UAE enterprise, SME sector. You will be responsible for both acquiring new clients and expanding our footprint within existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop and manage a comprehensive sales pipeline.
    • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to define and hit sales goals.
    • Tailor presentations to meet specific client needs, showcasing our SaaS solutions effectively.
  • Client Acquisition:
    • Proactively identify potential clients within the targeted sectors.
    • Leverage existing contacts to generate leads and foster new business partnerships.
  • Account Management:
    • Cultivate lasting relationships with current clients.
    • Explore additional revenue opportunities through upselling and cross-selling.
    • Coordinate with support and project teams to guarantee exemplary service delivery.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
    • Regularly update the Sales Manager with forecasts and sales progress.
    • Utilize CRM tools to keep precise records of client interactions and transactions.
    • Manage all sales-related documentation ensuring accuracy and availability.
  • Liaison with Support & Project Teams:
    • Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
    • Oversee the successful delivery of projects to clients, adhering to quality and timeline standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of sales or account management experience in UC/CC/Network or Enterprise Security.
  • Established network within the UAE enterprise, sme segment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of UC/CC/Network or Enterprise Security products.

Additional Requirements:

  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
  • Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
