Job Description

Intelligent Solutions is partnering with a leading Insurance brokerage firm in the UAE, who are looking to hire a strong, dynamic Head of Sales to spearhead their sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.

This role will oversee a team of sales professionals, develop and implement sales plans, and build strong relationships with clients and partners.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will play a key role in shaping the company's sales direction and ensuring a competitive edge in the market.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute the company’s sales strategy to meet revenue targets and expansion goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to drive performance and achieve sales objectives.
  • Establish sales goals for the team and monitor performance against targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market share and customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, insurers, and partners to drive business growth.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Implement sales processes, systems, and tools to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the CEO on sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the sales team.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
  • Proven track record of success in insurance sales, with at least 8-10 years of experience in a senior sales leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products, markets, and industry trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and empower team members.
  • Professional certifications in sales management or insurance (e.g., CII) are a plus.
