Job Description - Hozpitality - Business Development Executive

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Analyze competitor strategies and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth
  • Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other outreach methods.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of business opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve sales processes and strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contract details.
  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities and outcomes.

 

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the facilities management or security services industry.
