Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales or related field preferred.
- Licensed real estate broker with an experience in luxury property sales.
- Proven track record of success in real estate sales, with a focus on high-end residential properties.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with affluent clients.
