Job Description - Real Estate Sales Consultant

Secondary Market Sales & Leasing Consultants (AOS- MBRC, Jumeirah Park , Tilal Al Ghaf)

(Please note this is a commission-only role)

D&B Properties is on the lookout for dynamic and sales-driven Secondary Sales and Leasing Agent to join our team. We seek individuals who are not only passionate about real estate but also possess the drive to dominate the market and build strong relationships with leading developers in Dubai.

D&B are seeking to recruit experienced secondary market real estate consultants to join our growing team. We require experienced consultants for specific areas in Dubai to work in sales and leasing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Property Promotion and Sales: Actively market and promote properties for sale, utilizing various channels such as online listings, social media, and networking events. Conduct property showings, highlight property features, and provide accurate information to potential buyers.

2. Client Consultation: Understand clients' needs and preferences to recommend suitable properties. Answer client inquiries, address concerns, and guide them through the property selection and purchasing process.

3. Lease Negotiation: Assist clients in finding suitable rental properties. Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and facilitate the lease agreement process between tenants and landlords.

4. Market Research: Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and competitive landscape in Dubai. Use this information to provide informed advice to clients and help them make informed decisions.

5. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, and developers. Maintain regular communication to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

6. Documentation and Compliance: Prepare necessary paperwork and documentation for property transactions, including purchase agreements, leases, and legal requirements. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

7. Networking: Attend real estate events, seminars, and networking opportunities to expand your professional network and generate leads.

8. Sales Targets: Achieve sales and leasing targets set by the brokerage or agency. Proactively identify opportunities to meet or exceed performance goals.

Requirements before considering applying are as follows.

  • Driving Licence is a must.
  • Minimum 6 months experience in real estate either sales or leasing.
  • Must already live and work in Dubai.
  • This position is for secondary market only (NOT OFF-PLAN)
