Job Description

Job Summary

To lead & oversee the development & growth of Industrial Fats business, to ensure business growth through directing & managing business development activities to ensure these are delivered in accordance with the organizational strategy  

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Achieves regional sales objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
  • Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan
  • Maintains and expands customer base by counseling district sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities
  • Managing regional staff
  • Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Resolving problems and customers complains fulfillment
  • Market and customers visits
KPIs
  • Adding new customers in the budget year.
  • Adding new products with existing customer in fiscal year.
  • Bring in addition volumes.
  • Building strong client relations in market.
Work experience requirement
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in similar role in the oil & fats sales platforms.
  • 5 years experience in FMCG Sales in industrial fats
Qualification

Master Degree in Economics and International Sales Management
