Job Summary
To lead & oversee the development & growth of Industrial Fats business, to ensure business growth through directing & managing business development activities to ensure these are delivered in accordance with the organizational strategy
Roles & Responsibilities
- Achieves regional sales objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
- Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan
- Maintains and expands customer base by counseling district sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities
- Managing regional staff
- Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Resolving problems and customers complains fulfillment
- Market and customers visits
KPIs
- Adding new customers in the budget year.
- Adding new products with existing customer in fiscal year.
- Bring in addition volumes.
- Building strong client relations in market.
Work experience requirement
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in similar role in the oil & fats sales platforms.
- 5 years experience in FMCG Sales in industrial fats
Qualification
Master Degree in Economics and International Sales Management
