Remote Business Development Associate

Job Description:

Navistar International is seeking a passionate and reliable Remote Business Development Associate to join our team in Dubai. As an Entry Level Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to drive growth and revenue for the company.

Responsibilities: 1. Identify and research potential clients and industries to target for business development opportunities. 2. Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new business and expand existing client relationships. 3. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create and implement effective business development strategies. 4. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the industry. 5. Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads. 6. Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients. 7. Track and report on business development activities and results. 8. Work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of new business initiatives.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strategic planning and innovative thinking abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Flexibility to work remotely and travel as needed.
