Business Development Associate

The Business Development Associate at Discover Financial Services in Abu Dhabi will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and assisting in the expansion of the company's market presence. This role will require strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a keen understanding of financial products and services.

Responsibilities: - Researching and identifying potential business opportunities - Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders - Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for business growth - Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for expansion - Assisting in the development of proposals and presentations for potential clients - Participating in networking events and industry conferences to promote the company's services - Providing regular updates on business development activities to senior management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field - 1+ years of experience in business development or a similar role - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Confidence and independence in decision-making - Ability to manage and motivate a team of people - Willingness to cooperate and collaborate with others - Knowledge of financial products and services - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Fluency in English and Arabic
