Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Business Development Associate to join our team at FMC Technologies in Dubai. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to kickstart their career in business development.

Responsibilities: 1. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for business expansion. 2. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive revenue growth. 3. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability. 4. Assist in the development of marketing materials and presentations. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and initiatives. 6. Attend networking events and conferences to represent the company and build connections. 7. Track and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and proactively. 4. Energetic and enthusiastic attitude towards business development. 5. Emotional intelligence and strong negotiation skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 7. No prior experience required, although internships or relevant coursework are a plus.
