Business Development Associate

We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Business Development Associate to join our team at Univar in Dubai. As a leading global chemical and ingredient distributor, Univar offers a challenging and rewarding work environment where employees can grow and succeed.

Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue for the company - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the industry - Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic partnerships and solutions for clients - Create and deliver presentations to potential clients to showcase Univar's products and services - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and objectives - Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to identify new business opportunities

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development or sales - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resilient and resourceful mindset to overcome challenges and achieve goals - Creativity and strategic thinking to develop innovative solutions for clients - Strong people management skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
