Business Development Associate - Work from home

Job Description: As a Business Development Associate at Universal Health Services, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the growth of the company. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for expanding our customer base and increasing sales. This is a full-time position with the flexibility to work from home.

Responsibilities: - Researching and identifying potential clients and partners - Contacting potential clients via email, phone calls, and networking events - Developing and presenting proposals to potential clients - Negotiating and closing deals with clients - Maintaining a database of business contacts and leads - Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for growth - Providing regular reports and updates on business development activities

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field - Motivated and hardworking with a strong desire to succeed - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong planning and decision-making abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
