Responsibilities
• Provides admin support to the sales team and communicates with customers • Handles CRM monitoring and data analysis on a weekly basis • Makes quotations for customer inquiries • Co-ordinates with the sales team for quotation, payment follow-up, and schedules • Co-ordinates with the sales team and workshop team for machine PDI and delivery • Files documents as required • Prepares vendor/pre-qualification registrations and renewals for tenders/bids • Does sales reports as requested by the sales team • Maintains sales tracker and quote tracker on a weekly basis • Enters orders and invoices in the system as required • Provides clerical and operational support • Freshers are preferred • Currently on Visit Visa – Can join on an immediate basis
Requirements
• Administrative Assistance and Customer Service skills • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written • Sales experience or Sales Support experience is a plus • Data Entry skills and proficiency in MS Office • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time efficiently • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field • Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred
