Overview Of The Role
The primary focus of the role will be to contribute towards the planned growth and development of the B2B Parts Sales, in its aim to explore untapped opportunities and raise administrative effectiveness, thus optimising business in an increasingly sophisticated and expanding B2B Parts market.
What You Will Do
• Manage customer enquiries and sales transactions
• Process sales return request and manage transactions
• Handle invoice generations
• Control documents and archiving
• Cross-functional coordination
• Assist in B2B operational activities

About The Team
Reporting to Dealer Operations Manager, you will be an individual contributor.
What Equips You For The Role
• A Degree or Diploma in Automotive or a Graduate is preferred
• 3 years of work experience in a comparable working environment
• Spare Parts experience, Parts sales, warehouse or logistic.
• Knowledge of Electronics Parts Catalogue
• Computer Literate, proficiency in Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel etc.)
